If we had it our way, every person in the world would proudly wear Kamado Joe gear. To help get us there, Kamado Joe orders can be shipped within New Zealand andtointernational countries.

All orders will be shipped once your order is processed. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but on occasion, delays can happen.

If shipping to an international address, you are responsible for additional duties, taxes or other customs-related charges acquired. Please contact your customs department for clarification on additional charges.

RETURN POLICY

We know it can be tough to choose a size for someone else (because why else would you be returning your new Kamado Joe gear?). Whether you ordered the wrong size, something doesn’t fit just right or you don’t love it as much as you thought you would, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please include a copy of the receipt with the returned item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 30 days from the original date of shipment. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original date of shipment.
